Using a faith based approach, the authors each tell their story of dealing with overwhelming stress, then share their "101 Faithful Ways To De-Stress Your Life".

At 128 pages it's not a very big book, but the usefulness of the content far exceeds the size and cost. I would highly recommend it for anyone of Christian faith, and would also recommend it to everyone else for the awesome stories of overcoming crippling stress.
